Nexcel is operated by James Murray and provides AI consulting, development and business automation services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and direct inquiries, client communications and our SMS/MMS messaging program.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, business information, inquiry details and messages about your project or support request.

For text messaging, we also process message content, delivery information, communication preferences and records of consent, opt-in and opt-out requests. Our website hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps and security logs.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, coordinate appointments, provide and support requested services, communicate about active projects, maintain consent and suppression records, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use a service-related SMS consent to enroll you in unrelated promotional messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing for those purposes.

Service providers that support message delivery, inbox operations or recordkeeping may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This does not authorize them to use your mobile number or consent for their own marketing.

If you text us first, we use your number and message to respond to that inquiry. Before we initiate other service-related texts, we obtain consent for that communication. We retain records of the permission provided and honor requests to stop messaging.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and infrastructure, Twilio for SMS/MMS delivery and PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) for website analytics on public pages. PostHog is US-hosted at us.i.posthog.com. These providers may process information needed to operate those services. Other providers supporting a requested service may receive information necessary for that work, subject to the SMS protections above.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or maintain system security. We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and website infrastructure

Website infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security and authenticated administration.

On public pages, we also use PostHog for website analytics. PostHog collects usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, web vitals and performance metrics, clicks (autocapture) and heatmaps. Session recording is not enabled. PostHog may set first-party cookies or use local storage to recognize returning visitors. We use this information to understand and improve the site. We do not sell it. You can limit analytics by adjusting browser settings, using an ad blocker or clearing cookies and site data.

This policy does not treat visiting our website, accepting cookies or providing a phone number as permission to receive text messages.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested services, maintain business and consent records, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Suppression records may need to be retained after an opt-out so that we can continue to respect it.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information by ordinary text message.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or ask questions about its use, by emailing support@nexcel.ai. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or consent-management reasons.

Withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent you from contacting us by email or receiving the services you have purchased through other agreed channels.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. We will obtain new consent when required before using your information for a materially different messaging purpose.
